MIC CHECK ONE TWO, ONE TWO

We are throwing the first of three live music events at the shop in Viera this Friday night at 9PM......so we went to the shop tonight for a mini jam sesh and to test the sound.  It actually sounds better in there then we all thought it would.....plus we really didn't have the best equipment going.....Joe's drums need tuning, my old Fender amp has come to the end of it's useful life, I had some junk mic up on a camera tri-pod, we were running some 5 string bass thru the PA.....yeah it was pretty wack.......but we still rocked!!!  So......make sure to make it out this Friday night.  Junior Doctor is playing ........and don't worry....we won't be opening for them.

VRS AUGUST

We're gonna be having 3 Fridays of events in a row for the back to school season at our Viera store.

August 1st Junior Doctor will be playing an acoustic set and August 8th we're gonna have Quiet Science (formally A Denver Mile) playing a full set.

These are the first shows we've ever put on so make sure you come out and support!

August 15th it's the Nike SB party with DJ JSTORM spinning on the ones and twos along with your first chance to snag a handful of quickstrikes unavailable until this night.

If you're interested in the quickstrike releases make it out a bit early as they're sure to go quick!

All these events are free to get in and start at 9PM so make sure to mark your calendars!

Also as some of you may already know, our friends on Capital Hill in Washington DC decided to cancel the traditional "tax free week".

Joe pretty much looked like he met up with KIMBO SLICE in the backyard yesterday and I think he's now sippin on some sizzurp to make him feel better! (just kidding)....but don't ask him any important questions in the next few days...he's pretty drugged up on pain meds!
